TIFF manages investments for endowments, foundations and other nonprofits. Some people already used AI every day, and half rated their confidence at 4 or 5 out of 5. Others had tried it and decided it wasn't for them.
Leadership wanted everyone in the firm using AI, and soon. They wanted training that wasn't tied to one tool and was short enough for very busy people. Their most common frustration was wrong answers and hallucinations, in a business where the numbers have to be right.
All 75 people took 15 Days of AI: fifteen short lessons on their own work. We measured their AI skill before and after.
